Youtube tries out download option

If you haven’t spotted this but Youtube has been offering download link on Obama’s videos on his changedotgov channel. If you look closely on the bottom left under pause, there is a ‘click to download’ link. The download is in MPEG4 format which should compatible with your Ipod. It’s still not known if the feature will be available on all videos. Youtube has always been agaisnt downloading their videos saying that the videos are meant to be streamed only but there are already a lot of third party applications that can download the videos.
